Welcome to SonjaDanielle's Eri’Taj Experience Creative Studio. By booking our studio or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are a legal agreement between you (the Client) and Eri’Taj Enterprises LLC.

1. Booking & Payments

Reservations: All bookings are secured only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
Payments: We accept major credit cards and digital payments. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
Cancellations: We understand that plans change. Cancellations made [Insert Number, e.g., 72 hours] in advance may be eligible for a partial credit or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. Studio Rules & Conduct

To maintain the "soft space" environment for all guests, we require the following:

Capacity: Total occupancy must not exceed 75 guests at any time.
Respect for Space: The studio must be left in the condition it was found. Any move-out cleaning beyond standard expectations may incur a fee.
Prohibited Items: No smoking, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are permitted inside the McGregor Drive facility.

3. Liability & Damages

Responsibility: The Client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and any vendors brought onto the premises.
Damages: Any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment belonging to Eri’Taj Enterprises LLC will be the financial responsibility of the Client.
Injury: Eri’Taj Enterprises LLC is not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen items, or accidents occurring during the booking period. We strongly recommend all event hosts carry their own event insurance.

4. Media & Content

Photography: If you are using the space for brand shoots, you retain all rights to your content. However, we love seeing your "magic" any photos tagged with @TheEriTajExperience may be reshared on our social channels unless otherwise requested.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Sacramento County.
